Mac Pro discontinued; AirPods Max 2 arrives with H2
The Mac Pro has been discontinued. It shipped with the M2 Ultra in both its configurations — 60c CPU / 60c GPU and 76c CPU / 76c GPU — and never received another chip, so its entire Apple silicon life was a single generation.
Separately, the AirPods Max 2 replaces the original AirPods Max, moving from H1 to H2. The first-generation model is now discontinued.
That leaves the H2 in six products: the AirPods Max 2, AirPods Pro 3, AirPods Pro 2, AirPods 4, AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation and Apple Vision Pro.
