Current iPhone Lineup
The iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max lead the lineup with the A20 Pro, whose three-tier CPU pairs 2 super cores with 4 efficiency cores alongside a 7-core GPU with Neural Accelerators and a dual 16-core Neural Engine. The Pro pairs it with Apple's second-generation C2 modem; the Pro Max does not. The iPhone Duo, Apple's first foldable, uses the same A20 Pro and C2 combination. Below them, the iPhone Air runs the A19 Pro with 5 GPU cores, and the iPhone 17 the standard A19, which shares the CPU but has a lower GPU configuration and no ProRes hardware. The iPhone 17e carries the A19 with fewer GPU cores again, and the iPhone 16 holds the entry slot on the A18 — still capable, but two generations behind on Neural Engine performance and efficiency.
